At the time we engaged Meredith’s services, we had a huge management team, store managers, assistant managers, back office staff managers and executives, each excellent in doing her/his own thing. What we needed was a way for them to collaborate on solving problems, making decisions, and sharing their expertise with each other. Corporate Adventure made this happen.

Through hands-on experience, our leaders confronted their leadership styles and were challenged to take learning to new levels. From laughing, crying and cheering each other on, they learned to support each other.
