I have had the opportunity to work with Corporate Adventure for many years, as a member of several different senior leadership teams working on a wide variety of business, organizational, and team issues – usually all three. In all cases, Meredith was quick to analyze the findings and work through the obvious and often not so obvious issues to get to the heart of the problem. She then effectively challenged our group to deal with the underlying issue(s), often the ‘white elephant’ in the room. All of this while skillfully encouraging and reinforcing positive behaviors of the team.

Meredith’s approach is extremely pragmatic, actionable, with an outcome of clear roles, responsibilities, owners…good project management. In other words, clear tactics to actually implement. Most recently, we left a two-day business strategy meeting with clarity and consensus about why and how parts of the strategy needed to change and clear accountabilities identified. We could go immediately to work on these issues the next day, and we did. Meredith always makes a point of following up on our progress!
