Heather Kaye’s coaching and consulting practice supports people addressing the critical issues that determine their success. For more than 25 years she has offered her rich and varied experience to individuals and organizations enabling them to realize their strategic goals. Heather creates environments in which people learn from each other, access their inner wisdom, and integrate that knowledge into their professional and personal choices. Her goal is always to optimize a client’s fulfillment and satisfaction.

In her leadership and coaching role, Heather conveys insight gained as a senior manager and consultant to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations. Her clients have included managers and staff from diverse organizations including Marriott, AT&T, Westinghouse, Hewlett-Packard, Viacom Corporation, United Way, US Patent and Trademark, WEAVE, Concannon Technologies, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and National ural Electric Cooperative.

Heather brings deep insight into how individuals and organizations can achieve balance and well-being in concert with profitability. She helps leaders in all walks of life to realize their visions, and transform their plans into measurable results. Heather’s dedication to quality infuses her coaching and consulting programs with the power that positively impacts the bottom line.

Heather’s particular passion is supporting leaders at a crossroad when they seek a path to new possibilities. She deeply believes that positive change is not only possible, but is essential in today’s work place. Navigating this change is the constant challenge of leadership. Heather is the co‑creator of the coaching tool, Awakening Purpose and Vision, published by MasteryWorks and designed to help individuals uncover their purpose, and design their unique future. She is also on the faculty of the Newfield Network Coaching Certification Program and adjunct faculty for American University. Born in Montreal, Canada, Heather holds a bachelors degree in management and a masters degree in organizational development from American University. She is an International Coaching Federation certified coach.
